Our Goal...
The goal of the Golden Years Ministry (G.YM.) is to Strengthen, Encourage, Empower and Nurture the seasoned disciples of New Life Church and community.
New Life Golden Years Ministry (G.Y.M.) is a ministry designed to meet the needs of our seasoned disciples at New Life Christian Church and surrounding community.
G.Y.M. is not a place to sit back and relax, but a place to get plugged into the work of the Kingdom! Our senior adults are an essential part of many ministries within our church. New Life is a multigenerational church with a growing younger population, and our seniors are an extremely vital part of our church body.
It is the desire of this ministry to remind our Golden Years Ministry Members that you are definitely needed in the work of the Lord, and to allow them every opportunity to share their gifts, wisdom and knowledge with others as they continue their walk with the Lord. To promote spiritual, intellectual, social, and emotional growth through a variety of wholesome activities that challenge and stimulate the older adults to explore areas that will enhance a healthy and vital lifestyle that glorifies God.
