At New Life Christian Church, our Pre-Marriage Mentorship is designed to help engaged couples build a strong, faith-centered foundation before stepping into covenant. This is not counselingā€”it is intentional pastoral mentorship for couples who are already committed to one another and preparing for marriage.
Mentorship is led by Pastors Samuel and Tamika Casey and is offered to couples who desire spiritual guidance, clarity, and alignment as they prepare for their wedding and their life together.
APPLY FOR PRE-MARRIAGE MENTORSHIPWHO THIS PRE-MARRIAGE MENTORSHIP IS FOR
Pre-Marriage Mentorship is available to couples who meet the following criteria:

You are officially engaged

You have a confirmed wedding date
-
You are willing to begin mentorship 6ā€“7 months prior to your wedding

You are open to spiritual mentorship and pastoral guidance
-
You are able to attend sessions scheduled on Tuesdays or Thursdays
Mentorship requests are reviewed individually and are subject to pastoral availability and alignment with New Life Christian Church guidelines.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Pre-Marriage Mentorship includes a series of structured sessions that cover:

The biblical foundation of marriage

Communication and conflict resolution

Roles, expectations, and covenant understanding

Financial stewardship and shared responsibility

Lifestyle alignment and long-term vision
-
Spiritual unity and partnership
All sessions must be completed before Pastor Casey officiates the wedding ceremony.
